Google Satellite Map of ManilaI wonder when Google satellite maps of the Philippines will be more detailed. Just the same, it's interesting to find out what we look like from outer space. Here's the Google satellite map of Manila. Near the lower third of the image, you'll see a snaking blue line that moves from left to right. That's the Pasig River. Does anyone know why the blue line turns black near the right of the image, as the river curves upward towards Pasig and Marikina? Here's the Google satellite map of Pasig. You can use Maporama.com to determine the latitude and longitude of your desired place. You can then plug those coordinates in the URL of Google Maps and see what your place looks like. Have fun!
