Windows XP and Forced SP2

Have you installed SP2 in your Windows XP computer? If you're connected to the internet, SP2 will be "forced" into your PC.

The Automatic Update Service will automatically install the XP Service Pack 2 to all computers connected to the internet.

Yikes... Looks like some people can easily find your computer, just because you have a cable to the internet.

When SP2 forces its way into your computer, you better pray your PC does not have spyware, or things may get quite frustrating.

(I haven't been able to remove the CoolWebSearch spyware from a notebook running on XP. I'm going to just reformat it soon.)

Another challenging thing about SP2 is that some programs will stop working after you install SP2. With the coming "forced" SP2 installation, where does that leave you?

Anyway, it's April 12 in the US. Let's see what happens....
