Holy Podcasting!

Podcasting, or broadcasting by posting mp3 recordings on your web site or blog, is alive and well in the Catholic world thanks to Father Roderick Vonhogen of Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

At CatholicInsider.com, you'll find the audio files of Fr. Vonhogen. For example, he talked about the Requiem Mass at St. Peter's Basilica last April 7, 2005.

You'll hear the strain in his voice as we walks around. You'll also hear sound snippets of the traffic in the area, the burbling water, and the murmurs of people (or even cardinals!) in the background.

His feedburner stats show that he has 1,425 readers which makes him quite popular.
