Poe charged with faking birth, citizenship papers (by Leila B. Salaverria) -- "They said FPJ was an illegitimate child to boot, because his father had been married to a Paulita Gomez when he wed Kelley. As such, according to the 1935 Constitution, the actor would have had to acquire the citizenship of his mother.
