Not Quite The End Of The YearThis will probably be my last post for the year 2003, although the year hasn't quite come to a close just yet. Some people are still working, their minds already on the provincial roads to home, agonizing over the potential traffic jams tomorrow. Bazaars have vanished, although you'll still see some vendors showcasing their aerofetti's, judas belts, watusis and kwitis. (Don't be surprised to see firecracker vendors selling as late as 10pm tomorrow.) Several New Year greetings have come in via sms/text, heading-off tomorrow's "Network Busy" screens, love-less faces are aglow with the prospect of 2004 being a leap year, corridors and streets are relatively silent... for now. All in all, it's been a good year folks. Some of our companions in this Journey have moved on, but those who remain promise to make Life an even more interesting and noisy ride. Have a Blessed and Prosperous 2004! (Remember to use katol, and keep your fingers intact.)
