PhilRatings gives top marks to Ayala Land's P2-B bonds

Philippine Rating Services Corp. issues a "PRS Aaa" rating on Ayala Land Inc.'s proposed two-billion-peso bonds, citing the "smallest degree of investment risk" involved in the issue.

PhilRatings gives top marks to Ayala Land's P2-B bonds -- "PhilRatings also maintained its PRS Aaa rating for Ayala Land's outstanding three-billion-peso bonds due 2007, and a PRS 1 grade on the company's one-billion-peso short-term commercial papers."
