Read More, Watch TV Less

When employees can't find anything to read, they get bored and end up watching more and more TV. It would be great if we could spend a bit more time reading and learning. That's probably why Suzanne Beecher started emailing her employees excerpts from books -- it helped get them back into their "reading groove."
