Honda Philippines and Texting

You can now send messages to Honda Cars Philippines via SMS text. Here's how...

(Nov 14, 2008 Update: The telephone number of Honda along Libis is 634-2730. This allows you to get in touch with your Service Advisor.)

To Send a Message to Honda TXT:

Type BRANCH (space) DEPARTMENT (space) CS/PLATENUMBER (space) MESSAGE and send to Honda TXT at 0917-817-0707

Sample Text Message:

PASIG SERVICE XCB404 APPOINTMENT 3/8/03, 9:00AM, 15T KILOMETER CHECK-UP

Note: Messages coming from unregistered phone numbers will not be entertained. You'll need to register at the Honda branch itself.

(Comment: I've used the text service to get a status update on the vehicle. Response time was around 30 minutes. But that's ok since calling the phonelines can be murder on your fingers because the line is busy quite often)
