Just be careful, though, because a poorly written email has a more damaging effect on the reader than a poorly-constructed web site.
Perhaps in the Philippines, the effects will be even more pronounced once you consider cellphone marketing, or getting in touch with your customers through SMS text.
Afterall, we're talking about personal space here: inbox and cellphone.
