Chin-chin is a 5 year-old girl who lives under the Ortigas-EDSA flyover, where her father sells fishballs. You'll see her everyday at The Children's Library in Robinsons Galleria. She is one of the many children who read the books at The Children's Library. This is where she learned to read. She is but one of many children you can help by donating books or even just ONE PESO.
