"How do you make a web site skinnable?"

Skins are sometimes referred to as themes, or your site's "look" in terms of colors and images. It's difficult to change the look of all your pages (for uniformity's sake), so some folks have figured out how to easily make their site look different weekly, daily, or even each time you visit.
