The CBCPNet Scandal

Vaguely remember reading about the P190 million (US$3.8 million) CBCPNet scam or scandal where the dream was to put up internet cafes all over the Philippines but some funds ended up in the wrong pockets, and that it was not really connected to the CBCP or Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines.
