Say CheeseLast Father's Day, we visited my dad and brought along some St. Claire, Gouda, Raclette and Provolone. Also brought a bottle of Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot (fruity, great for new or non-wine drinkers). It was a "100 grams of this and that" experiment. The St. Claire will probably appeal to more Pinoys because it is lightly sweet, while the Provolone might appeal the least because of its bluish afternote (yuch, amag!). The kids wolfed down the toasted bread and assorted coldcuts. Anyway, will try and learn more about cheeses. Maybe we'll try the Fontina next time.... (Oh, got the stuff from this deli inside Robinsons Supermarket, Galleria, Quezon City)
